Amendments in design contests are not intended to be reviewed at meetings, they shall be published immediately. If the procurement was published through PMB, the amendments can also be published by sending them to PMB.
To initiate amendments to the procurement of Design contest:
1. In the form of basic procurement data, click the Initiate amendments button and approve the initiation of amendments:

2. Enter amendments in the procurement data.
Note! The name of the procurement cannot be changed when making amendments.
3. Publish amendments (see description 4.9 Publish amendments).
