Complaints

Complaints are maintained in the section „Documents – Complaints”.

Note! Since 2023 in any type of procurement, there is not supposed to enter and process any type of complaints, their withdrawals and explanations in EPS, because, according to the law, complaints are processed by the PMB. Complaints submitted earlier are available in view mode.

Note! Complaint submission in the system is not intended for Small procurements and Design contests, and block has never been available.
