Procurement basic data

DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) – indication that procurement is DPS procurement (either initial or under DPS).

DPS initial procurement (lot) – for procurements under DPS – link to initial procurement.

Contracting authority

Centralized DPS – indication that DPS initial procurement is intended for needs of any authority in the PMS.

Dynamic purchasing system

List of admitted DPS participants and period of their DPS membership. During the period members may submit their proposals to the procurements under DPS.

Block is available in the initial procurement’s lot form or in the initial procurement base date form (if there aren’t lots in the procurement) only when DPS is in the status of ‘Established DPS’.

Block is available if initial procurement has lots. Click to icon   to open lot’s information including the block “Dynamic purchasing system”.
