Legal person has to be selected from the organizations registered in EPS. Only in a case of general partnership, the member information can be entered manually.

Organizations and natural persons whose state of registration is not Latvia must provide information on whether they have been assigned tax payer status in Latvia and the assigned tax payer number (if the status has been assigned).
Note! If subcontractor, member of a group of persons, or a person whose capacities the pretender relies upon is organization registered in the system, when changing the taxpayer's number, the organization's data are not updated.
