If pretender has submitted the encrypted proposal, decrypting key has to be entered till the time stated in the section “Opening – Opening meeting progress” in the field Deadline of the decrypting key entering (field is displayed only when encrypted proposals are submitted). Otherwise proposal will not be considered. In a case of malicious software or failure of the decryption, your proposal will not be considered. All entered non encrypted proposal requirement values will be deleted during the encryption process.
