The opening of proposals in design contests shall be carried out in accordance with the process of opening proposals (see 8.1 Process: Opening of the proposals), with the following differences:
− No information about the pretenders is visible until the closing of the opening meeting. In the list of proposals (see 7 Submitted proposals – for Contracting authority) instead of the name of the tenderer, the text ‘Pretender/Candidate' is displayed.
− After proposals opening – a new column Slogan is displayed in the list of proposals (see 7 Submitted proposals – for Contracting authority) as well as contact information for anonymous communication in the form of the pretender (see 9.1 Pretender). This is the only information the commission sees about the pretender until the completion of the evaluation and the opening of the slogans.
