Following documents are maintained in the section’s „Documents” block „Actual procurement documents”:
− Documents related to the procurement manually added by procurement commission.
− Procurement requirements in .pdf format.
− Selection requirements’ .xml file that system automatically generates when the procurement or stage is announced (in procurement that intends ESPD Selection requirements).
− Protocol of the procurement’s opening meeting, if it was generated or added.
− Summary of the financial proposals, if it was generated or added after the proposal’s opening.
Procurement documents related to the previous versions of the procurement, recalled documents are available in the section “Documents – Archive of procurement documents”. Recalled documents’ information available only as in the list.
