Proposals can be submitted under the following conditions:
DPS initial procurement – proposal submission under the standard procedure, after publication of the procurement.
Established DPS (initial procurement is in the statuses of ‘Initiate contract signing’ and ‘Contract signed’) – proposals can be submitted by adding as document in the procurements section “Documents – Pretenders Questions”.
Procurement under DPS – proposal submission under the standard procedure, after publication of the procurement. Proposals may submit pretenders that are defined as active DPS participants in the initial procurement.
