Precīza tehniskā specifikācija, apmaksas nosacījumi, piedāvājumu vērtēšanas kritēriji un līguma projekts (sarunu procedūras 2.posma nolikums) būs pieejami kvalificētajiem Kandidātiem Elektronisko iepirkumu sistēmas (www.eis.gov.lv) e-konkursu apakšsistēmā sarunu procedūras 2.posmā.
