Description:

Apdrošināšanas brokera pakalpojumu sniegšana pasūtītājam, lai nodrošinātu pasūtītājam konkursa nolikuma (tālāk tekstā – nolikums) 4.2. punktā minēto apdrošināšanu (nolikuma 4.1. un 4.2. punktā minētie pakalpojumi tālāk tekstā kopā – pakalpojumi) saskaņā ar nolikuma 1. pielikumā noteiktajām prasībām un nolikuma 2. pielikumā iekļautā līguma projekta noteikumiem. Pasūtītāja vadošo darbinieku atbildības apdrošināšana (Directors and Officers Liability Insurance).
The provision of insurance brokerage services to the commissioning authority in order to provide the insurance (the services mentioned in Paragraphs 4.1 and 4.2 of the Tender Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") and hereinafter referred to as the "services") referred to in Paragraph 4.2 of the Regulation to the commissioning authority in accordance with the requirements laid down in Appendix 1 to the Regulation and the provisions of the draft contract enclosed in Appendix 2 to the Regulation.
