Description:

The total period of the Contract shall be equal to the overall Rail Baltica Global Project implementation life-cycle. Currently is is estimated for five years or longer- if project implementation will be prolonged and the funding approved (in accordance with Section 60, Paragraph Four, Clause 2 of the Public Procurement Law)/ Kopējais līguma darbības laiks aptver Rail Baltica globālā projekta darbības laiku. Pašlaik tiek lēsts, ka līgums tiks noslēgts uz pieciem gadiem vai uz ilgāku laiku, ja projekta īstenošana tiks pagarināta un finansējums nākamajam periodam tiks apstiprināts (pamatojoties uz PIL 60.panta ceturtās daļas 2.punktu).
