All information related to the signing of the proposal can be specified and corrected if the status of the proposal is 'Project' or ‘Verified’.
Limited correction of the offer signature information can also be made in the proposal status of ‘Initiated signing' and 'Signing' (see 15.14 Edit proposal signing information):
− If signatory has not yet signed the proposal, it can be deleted from signatories list. System cancels the signing task for the deleted signatory. If the other signatories have signed the proposal, the status of the proposal is set to 'Signed'.
− Additional signatories may be added until all signatories have signed the proposal. When adding a new signer, the system sends to signatory a task to sign the proposal.
− The type of signature can be changed from ‘LSRTC e-signature' to 'System signature' if no signatory has yet signed the proposal.
− If it is necessary to change the type of signature from 'System signature' to ‘LSRTC e-signature', proposal signing process must be canceled (see 15.13 Cancel proposal signing) and initiated again (see 15.10 Initiate proposal signing).
