Description:

The contract (Also Agreement) start date indicated in the system is indicative, taking into account the technical requirements of the respective field. Therefore, the contract may be concluded either earlier or later than 01.09.2026, depending on the progress of the procurement procedure. In accordance with Section 6.9 of the Regulations, the period of Service provision for all 2 (two) Lots shall be right after the Agreement commencement date. Current estimated Agreement execution date is end of 2030 . Agreement can be extended, if Rail Baltica Global project implementation will be extended and the funding for the Services will be approved. The Open competition is co-financed by the Contracting Authority and Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).
