The European single procurement document (ESPD) is a self-declaration form used in public procurement procedures.

You can create and fill in the ESPD at http://espd.eis.gov.lv/.

The ESPD tool enables a link to the e-CERTIS information system, where information related to Latvia is maintained by the Procurement Monitoring Bureau.
