Dynamic Procurement Systems (DPS) procurements foresees a 2-level hierarchy – DPS initial procurement and procurements under DPS.
DPS procurements have the following features:
− DPS purchases are maintained in a common procurement list. To select only DPS procurements use Advanced search – select the feature ‘DPS has been applied’ in the field DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) application;
− Proposals cannot be submitted outside the EPS.
− Any pretender can submit the proposal to the DPS initial procurement, however only pretenders qualified in the initial procurement can submit proposals in the procurements under DPS.
− During established DPS e.g. when initial procurement is in the statuses ‘Initiate contract signing’ and ‘Contract signed’, pretenders have the possibility to submit their proposals – DPS applications .
